Jones International University®, the first fully online accredited university, is recruiting part-time bilingual teaching faculty for our Spanish language online Master of Business Administration program.
As an institution designed to provide Internet-based educational programs, the JIU learning model includes the unique use of "Teaching Faculty" for the instruction and facilitation of our online courses.
These teaching Faculty are real-life practionners with advanced degrees who are executives in their area of specialization and are also seasoned instructors. They bring their practical experience and theoretical knowledge to the JIU learning experience. Faculty will be selected based on background, experience with the course subject matter, and proficiency in both the Spanish and the English languages.
Tasks of teaching faculty include facilitating Spanish speaking students' online discussion, providing feedback to students, and grading assignments. A key requirement for all teaching faculty is availability to meet student’s needs.
